We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as an Internship This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing content, managing supply chain and commercial activities, and ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients via phone call and customer visit.
Job Description
Develop and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Possess sufficient knowledge in branding and promotion to effectively manage and support marketing efforts.
Coordinate with designers to create brochures, posters, and promotional content.
Communicate with clients for quotations, order updates, delivery schedules, and support follow-ups.
Assist in supply chain operations by managing vendor communication, tracking product availability, and ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain records and documentation related to purchases, inventory, deliveries, and client correspondence.
Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, payments, and post-delivery support.
Work with tools & extensions like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, CRM/ERP software, and marketing extensions (email, social media, SEO tools).

Additional Requirements / Qualification:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative.

Graduated from any reputed University (BBA, MIS, CSE, IT or a related business field is usually required

Requirements
- ➡️ CCNA/ CCNP, MTCNA and firewall or security related certification will be considered an added advantage. (Preferred)
- ➡️ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE/EEE/ETE/IT or relevant
- ➡️ 3- 5 years in support and service, systems and network administration and related field
- ➡️ Strong knowledge in routing, switching, VLAN, firewall configuration, and network security. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, Fortinet etc. is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- ➡️ Plan, monitor, and manage core and client network infrastructure for data centers and cloud environments.
- ➡️ Work as 24/7/365 support engineer for day-to-day network support.
- ➡️ Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents efficiently.
- ➡️ Optimize network performance by monitoring traffic and troubleshooting issues.
- ➡️ Design and re-design, configure and manage core routers, core switches, core firewalls, load balancers and wireless devices.
- ➡️ Ensure proper VLAN setup, bandwidth management, and traffic control.
- ➡️ Handle client and backbone link setups, monitoring, and authentication.
- ➡️ Perform proactive maintenance, health checks, and network optimization.
- ➡️ Ensure network redundancy and disaster recovery through failover and BGP peering.
- ➡️ Maintain detailed network logs and documentation.
- ➡️ Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- ➡️ Attend client meeting for requirement collection and work as a pre-sale engineer.
- ➡️ Meet with customers to gather requirements and provide solutions both over the phone and in person
