About This Service
Servicing24 provides host connectivity and multipath support for Dell PowerVault ME5 ME5012, ME5024 and ME5084 systems in Bangladesh, based on the installed controller interface and supported host configuration.
We troubleshoot missing volumes, failed or intermittent connections, unavailable storage paths and multipath configuration issues. Checks cover host adapters, cabling, controller ports, firmware and driver compatibility, initiator registration and volume mappings. Protocol-specific checks include FC zoning, iSCSI network and session settings, or supported SAS connections, as applicable.
Support includes approved configuration corrections, Windows MPIO, Linux DM Multipath or supported VMware path settings, followed by volume access and path validation. Failover testing requires customer approval and an agreed maintenance window.
Share the model, Service Tag, controller interface, host OS and error details. Scope, scheduling, charges and warranty are confirmed in the quotation. Hardware replacement, data recovery and migration are quoted separately.
